The Gloomy Days🥴

There are somedays, when your body, mind and soul needs a break and go back to sleeping🥱.

Today, is one such day for me😴.

Writing is hard🥴, too tired to think and very low in spirit. I just want to curl up in my bed and sleep🛌.

But I didn’t do it….

I slowly got out of my bed. My usual 60 mins of workout🏃‍♀️ curtailed to 40 mins. Got dressed, a kurta I wouldn’t normally wear on a workday👗. I drove in 40s, which is way less than my usual speed. Came to seat and logged in.

My day began like a tortoise🐢, & it’s going on like a snail🐌…. I know that I am not going to make a big change with my writing today.

I am just peaceful😇 and contented that I had the courage to face a day like this.

Ups and downs are there in life, always. It’s how you face it🤘!

I didn’t curl up in my bed instead I forced myself out.

When you have this gloomy day🥱 in your life, force you to get out and contribute something to reach your goal.

My energy booster is chocolates 🍫. Find yours. Keep moving forward, even if your are crawling!
