Even when you are down

Hardships are a part of life. There is no one in this world without targets to achieve or goals to reach or dependents to feed. Even a one year old has a target; if it does not start speaking by then it will be called dumb. Sometimes these timelines seems tiresome and make you feel weary; it’s okay…. Just remember even the greatest mind Albert Einstein had a Hitler.

All you need is to overcome that momentary failure. Today I will share with you all my usual ways to overcome depression or failure. The things I do are

  1. If i feel depressed, I eat a chocolate or anything that is sugary. Sugar rush is also dangerous, it may cause diabetics due to instant release of too much insulin.
  2. Don’t be in a noisy place or busy place, try listening some calm music or concentrate on nature around you. If you have a window in your office, then spend about 5 minutes watching through it.
  3. If you feel depressed don’t shop, that’s when we buy things which are not needed for us. Instead go on a short ride or for a small evening walk. Sweating reduces anxiety. Do some physical work
  4. Idle mind is a devil’s workshop. So, keep yourself busy with something, find a new hobby often. Don’t pursue anything which bores you.
  5. And finally smile and be happy!!! Spend time with your family.

Ending your valuable life for some silly problem is never a solution. Keep yourself happy and others happy!!!
